OMG i have lost an inch anyone found it ?

thought my trousers felt looser... thought i measure my thighs... not a pleasant job but they are an inch smaller ! i have only been doing this for 4 days on the preparation step.....
can this be right ? or am i pulling the tape measure to tight !!!

You probably have lost an inch as on the first week on CD you lose a lot of water along with glycogen and it does come off all over.

Well done on getting four days done!
