So near yet so far! 5lbs to go......

Just to let you all know that today was WEEK 14 weigh in for me and I was 9st 9lbs which means I'm 5lbs from goal.

I'm pleased but also abit peed off because i was 9st 7.5lbs on my scales this morning and usually i am exactly the same on my cdcs! oh well...

I am moving on to 1000 from today after having done 790 since week 6 and 790 plus fruit during the last few weeks.

Just want anyone who is at the start of their journey to see that it can be done on ss, 790 or even 1000 - you just have to keep going!

4 more pounds and I'll have lost 3 stone since starting CD and 4 1/2 stone since i began trying to lose weight back in July 2005! I have therefore gone from a size 18/20 to a size 10-12 (still cant get in all those size 10s but nearly there!)

I've dieted on and off for the past 20 years and this is the best diet that i have been on. It works. Its as simple as that.

Good luck to you all - if i can do it, anybody can xxx
STARTED CD ON 26/6/07 AT 12ST 5LBS - lost 3 st 8lbs and maintained until 2009, now back on it!

    Hi Jo

I was only thinking about you this morning, wondering how you were getting on. You're nearly there and doing brilliantly.

I hope I'm in the same position as you in about another 6 months time - well I won't be a size 10 but a 12-14 would be heaven for me!

    Keep going

    Hi

    A big congratulations to you!!!!!

Once you've worked up to the 1500 plan, you'll probably find you'll be just under your goal weight I found this happened to me and that was wonderful as I had a couple of pound to play around with.
