2 days in !!

Hi all ! Im 2 days in (ss) and as I sit at my desk at work Im feeling incredibly light headed with an awful head ache - Ive drunk my water for the day already in the hope that it migh shift it - How long am i likley to feel like this ?

Hello, I think you're in the wrong section.

I get something similar when I cut down on sugar and carbohydrates, but mainly sugar. I deal with it by cutting down on sugar gradually instead of giving it up all at once. If a cup of coffee with two sugars cures the headache within half an hour you may have the same thing.

I didn't like doing this at first but I found it was affecting my driving. After a week or two the headaches wore off anyway.
