My weekend away!

So i went to stay with the in-Laws this weekend. They dont know i'm on this diet, so was quite hard to come up with reasons as to why i didnt want the scrumptious looking strawberries or ice cream. But, i had decided to eat this weekend early (AAM doesnt officially start until monday). Friday night i had spag bol with more quorn mince than spag and dolmio sauce which i checked out is less that 50 kcals per jar. Felt ok, next day not to hungry, but had a Noodle Bar (gorgeous chinese) in the evening. That was my biggest blip this weekend. So, back on the waggon today, everything is fine so far, dont feel too hungry and although i'm meant to be AAM from tomorrow, i'm SS for a few days to work off this weekend and to get back into ketosis.
