    90day Challenge!!

    Hi Everyone

    I am going to set myself a little challenge of losing 3 1/2 stone in 3months. Thats 90 days which brings me up to the middle of April.

    I find it better to count in days instead of months as it doesn't seem as long that way... haha all in the head i know! Does anyone else fancy doing this Challange with me?

    I am starting on Thursday 12th January and plan on being 100% for 90days,

    My aim is to lose 50lb before April 12th. I think i can do it hehe!!

    My WI is tonight so i will work off what ever my WI reads and start tomorrow Thursday 12th Jan

    I have alot of weight to lose but this way it breaks it up for me and i just have to think about getting through these 90days!

    Will be great to have some support. I did something silly, just worked out how much I need to lose to jump down to the next bmi level, 62lbs to get to obese level 2
