    Milk in Tea

    Just another quick question guys -
    Does any1 else have a drop of milk in their tea & coffee an does it effect yr weight loss?

    T is th only thing keeping me going!!

    I do, i couldnt cope without my coffee. I still get good results.

    I can't live without a cuppa tea so I still have- but have cut down where before I could probably have 20 cups a day I limit myself to no more than five now. It's never affected me really in regards to WI
    (and of course it's red top milk

    I also have milk in my tea. Have cut down and just have 1 or 2 cups a day and I use full fat milk so I use less of it so less carbs. I did this all the way through CD and am continuing it on Exante without it seeming to affect ketosis or losses. A nice warm cup of tea fills me up

    Maintained with low carb diet, now back for more
