    Hiya Sonkie,

Yes the receipes would be ok to use with the lipotrim packs - don't know what they're like as never tried lipotrim - try one and see and let us know what you think...

    good luck -

    Hi Sonkie,

I've tried only one recipie with Lipotrim. I used to hate the peanut and coconut bar but did not want to avoid it because that's only solid pack we can have.

So I used to put the bar into to boiling water with little of choclate powder and two sweetner tablets and leave it on the microwave for a min.I didn't like it to be very hard so I would have it little runny. I used to carry the this to work and eat it with the spoon. Because It used to taste really good.

i definately dont wanna rain on anybodys parade, but i tried to make the crisps with a chicken and mushroom soup, not only did it not resemble crisps at all, i found the salty mush totally inedible. therefore, i was a meal down that day. please be aware of this, if u dont like the new format then its a waste of a meal.
    sorry to post a negative.
well done to those of of u who successfully make the recipes!

    Toffee Walnut Muffins

OMG! I have just had a toffee and walnut muffin fromthe recipe on here! Although it would not have been something I would buy out, but when you have not chewed for 4 days! HEAVEN

The only thing that worries me is now I have EATEN this, will it put me out of ketosis, or make me want to eat again?

    Now in the 12's!
I am not fat, just getting thinner!

it won't put you out of ketosis if you followed the directions, as for making you want to eat again i'm sure you'll be fine and if you do be strong honey, fight the urge and drink plent of water.....

The ice cream is lovely too.....lol xxx

    Hiya

I want to try the Crisps tonight, but I can't see any pictures (I'm just getting those red x's instead).

Does anyone know where I can see pics please? I really want to try them with a Chicken & MUshroom pack, but scared in case I don't do it right.

    Thanks

Hi, Im new to this, so u must excuse the stupid questions.

VLCD does that stand for very low calorie diet...?
So can I use these recipes on the Sole Source that im doing?
Im coming onto my second week on monday of the diet, and how awful is this, but im getting sick of just having soups and shakes, need something to chew!!!
For some reason the pictures are not coming up so I cant see exactly how to set it out, but think I have the general jist.

And one more question, where can I get the pee sticks from? cos i want to check that im still in Ketosis, I like to check every few days, but have run out of the ones my CDC gave me.

    Thanks

    Hi,

I am a returner to SS, having lost 7 stone with LL last year and now with CD. These recipes are a godsend!

Just had my first week back on SS and have lost 13.75lbs. Did Diva's crisps and the mousse this week. Thank goodness for culinary ingenuity.

    Hi Emz,

Yes!Yes! Yes! That's exactly what these recipes are for. Go for it! Though i wouldnot recommend you 'cook' all your foodpacks.

Ketostis can be bought from Lloyds chemist (or any decent chemist I should imagine. Also your CD counsellor (if you are on CD).
