Aww it happens! Sometimes your mental hunger just takes over. The good thing is that you ate a cucumber, and nothing unhealthy! Just stick to it 100% straight after and you should be back in Ketosis in no time.
That if you even came out of Ketosis hun you might not have done any damage, learn from it and move on your doing really wellxxx

You'd have to eat quite a bit of cucumber to come out of ketosis.

I wouldn't worry about it, cucumber is mostly water and it certainly shouldn't take you out of ketosis. If that is the worst of your sins you are doing really well.
