    End of day 1

    Today hasn't been as bad as I had anticipated........im happy to be at the end of day 1 ! I have had a chocolate milk shake, veg soup and tried the porridge for supper, not bad but think ill stick to shakes and soups.

    Got 1 glass of water left to drink and hope tomorrow goes as well.......hope ketosis hits soon !!

    Im so hungry........!!

    After a really long lie in( thought I could cheat and sleep myself into ketosis) I didnt have my first shake until 12pm and I have already had all 3 and im soo hungry and seems like my thoughts are even more consumed by food, what i havent ate recently ,what I wished Id ate before starting ! crazzzzy !!!

    Anyways, dranks lots of water and had several cups of white tea and think maybe ill have another pack to make sure i dont cave !

    The support on the forum is amazing xxx
