    Not sure if you will stay in Ketosis depends how much you ate and how your body will react... but just dont beat yourself up about it and forget it and move on. I am sure you aint the first and you wont be the last. Just carry on as normal hun your doing great xxx

    If all you ate is cheese, you'll stay in ketosis. Very few carbs in cheese. It's the calories that are the problem, though. Just a matchbox sized piece can have more than a shake's worth of calories in it.

    It's worth getting a few extra Cambridge products for emergencies as it's much better to have an extra shake than to succumb to the munchies.

    Easy to say, I know. But don't panic - so long as you didn't move on to other food, you'll be fine.

    thanx for rsvp guys. i have deffo stayed in keto as i am not slightly hungry. i think i ate it out of delight with my weight loss. strange i know but true.
    don't you think its odd adapting to no treats on weigh in day?
