Will I slow down the weight-loss if I start having four shakes a day?

I have exams at the moment and I get really hungry whilst revising! I'm tempted to have a shake right now but I'm not due one for another two hours but I really need it! Is it a bad idea if I have four rather than my usual three? I really don't want to slow down the weight loss.

If u think of it as a shake or a bag of crisps I know what the better option is!

I don't think it'll make a difference to ur weight loss go for it

No, you'll be fine if you have a 4th one. That's basically a version of SS+. Much better than nibbling anything else!

    Good luck with your exams!

No, there is negligable, if any difference to the weight loss between SS and SS+. If you are over a certain height, you have to have 4 a day. And extra shake is far better than having naughties!
Mini Goal 1 = Lose the first stone
    Mini Goal 2 = Lose 2 stone
Mini Goal 3 - Get into size 20 trousers
Mini Goal 4 - Get BMI below 40
    Mini Goal 5 = Lose 3 stone

Weight loss to date = -42lbs

Ah okay, thanks for the reassurance, I just didn't want anything to mess up the diet since I've made it 11 days without messing up yet!
