    green tea with lemon

    Silly question, and I'm pretty sure the answer will be no, but are we allowed green tea with lemon (the one that comes with lemon already in it)?
    Just I'm not keen on plain green tea and would like a nice hot drink.
    Any suggestions on alternatives?

    Check the ingrdients. Doubt it as citric acid is a no-no. X

    Sadly not because of the lemon. Have you tried peppermint tea? That's what's keeping me warm at the moment (as I'm trying to avoid too much caffeine).

    On 810 'a squirt of lemon juice' is actually recommended in the CWP book for flavouring your meals.

    I love green tea but staying away from it due to the caffeine to.

    Strongly recommend the peppermint though. I find it to be calming too.

    I got some green tea with peppermint to kill 2 birds with one stone.

    Tastes quite nice as neither flavour is too overpowering
