It has been a worry of mine too if im honest but so many people have come through this being just fine with solids i guess thats also part of the reason we have steps to go up is to slowly adjust to it again. So many people would not do this plan if it would cause such a severe problem so maybe it was just a shock to your system.. on monday (4th WI) im going to aske for some of the bars and see how i get on with actually chewing and eating something solid. But again hope you feel better.

Oh dear yeah your body defo rejected it, Its not even like you ate something bad it was one of your packs read on here many people have made crisps with their packs mmmm cant think why, maybe speak to your CDC about it? I am only in week 4 so by no means a pro on the diet, but it could of been a one off time it happened you had a bad headache before right? Do you feel ok now or still bad?

Glad you are feeling better... i have had a day of not feeling very well today stomach cramps nausea and thats without eating solids
