SS v SS+ - difference in weight loss

    Hi all,

Sorry if this has already been asked a thousand times! Are the losses on ss+ much different to just ss? I have to take 4 a day anyway due to my height so worked out that dropping a shake and adding a meal would only work out at about an extra 50 calories. It just seems so much easier psychologically to be doing this with a small meal!

    Thanks in advance!

    AA

I've worked out that on a week where I'm SS+ing for most of the days, I'll lose about 3.5lb. On a week where I'm just SS, I'll lose about 4. Not that much difference for me.

Everyone's different, of course, but the losses I've seen from looking at others' profiles seem to be pretty similar.
