    Should I return?

    I know this sounds silly but I cannot make my mind up if I should return, I have been hovering at a nice weight for a couple of years thanks to cd, if I have put weight on I have done dukan which has got me were I want to be, but since october with one thing or another I need to loose about 20lb to get where I was, I dont want to gain anymore, I have done dukan this week but the food bores me and I like the shakes on cd as they are easy, oh I just dont know, I need to do something but what!! help

    Well I took the plunge and went for it, day 2 for me and feel fine but as I had been doing dukan I dont have many carbs in my body , I was pleasantly surprised to see I had lost 3.5lb on dukan so a nice start, although I know it might not give me the big loss you tend to get first week into cd

    My cc was fine, I think I was a bit embarrassed to be honest about going back
