    SO HAPPY! so happy!! yeah yeah!

    Went for my 'second' weigh in although it was for week 2 AND 3 and lost 12lbs!! yeah! i had my TOTM too... am soo sticking to this!!

    got my first bars.. tried the chocolate one... yum yum... only got 3, so will only have 2-3 a week incase it effects my losses...

    Anyway just wanna say to anyone starting out, stick with it... and try not to cheat, it really seems to work! the first week is tough but the routine soon settles.. and it seems to get a bit easier!!

    WEEK 1 - 8lbs

    WEEK 2 + 3 - 12lbs
    WEEK 4 - 3.5lbs
    WEEK 5 - 5lbs AAMW
    WEEK 6 - 4lbs
    WEEK 7 - 8 - 10lbs
    WEEK 9,10,11 on xmas break!!
    WEEK 12 - 2lbs on!!
    WEEK 13 + 14 - 10 lbs off!
    WEEK 15 - 5lbs - unconfirmed by CDC

    i can't believe how well this diet works...

    was readin all the hints and tips and think i might try and make the chocolate muffin tonite to celebrate!! woo hoo!! lol

    gone are the days a bottle of beer and a curry helped me celebrate!!
