    Go buy some sliced chicken from a supermarket and bag of mixed leaves! U will stay in ketosis.

    I did this once & found a protein bar with similar carb & protein levels so ate that. Heaven!

    Oh no! I think chicken and salad is the way forward - or you could go to Boots/Superdrug - I think they sell Atkins bars which should be ok too.

    I'm totally with you on finding it quite exciting to not have shakes!

    bit late now, but for ref - pre-cooked prawns are generally better than pre-cooked chicken. prawns will have a little salt, whereas most pre-cooked chicken contains salt, but also sugar in the glaze / marinade, plus a bunch of other unnecessary crap.
