    Can i take anything 4 headache?

    On day 2 and on my gosh my head feels like its going to explode.... I know the reason etc But can I take anything? Or what can I do???? Can't believe had it from 2/3 yesterday afternoon and woke up with it at 0500 - and I drank 3 litres of water! Don't even feel like I can go to work- but will :-(
