Any good books to ready whilst on CD???

    Hi All,

Can anyone reccommend any good books to read whilst on ss'ing on CD???

I need all the help I can get, only on day 2 but I really want to do it 100% this time round, so far I'm doing good but it's early days!

Are there any good books that help can help me deal with the underlying problems about my obession with food and I keep going up and down like a yo-yo!!!

    Thanks

    Sam x

I don't know if this would be relevant to you, but it describes me perfectly. Have a read and see what you think....

I got the two Cambridge books - the original one published in 1984 - from Ebay.

Then I got the 2004 20 year Anniversary book from my CDC.

The first one, particularly, is fascinating to read - the trials, the experiments, the research, etc.

well, a good story bok is "pillars of the earth" by ken follett

Nothing to do with CD - but a brilliant read
Reality check: you can never, ever, use weight loss to solve problems that are not related to your weight. At your goal weight or not, you still have to live with yourself and deal with your problems. You will still have the same husband, the same job, the same kids, and the same life. Losing weight is not a cure for life.
