    Tinkle Trauma

    Hi all,

I'm having the above, I used to drink at least 2 ltrs of liquid a day, squash mainly, but since doing this I'm permanently on the loo, people say it will ease off but I'm seriously considering stuffing one of my boy's nappy's down my britches.

I love going for long walks with the pushchair but now I can't go far without a loo, trauma!!!!!!

It's such a bother taking my 2 year old to the loo every time, he always wants to help bless and I hate him touching anything in a public loo because of the non washers.

Boring rant over but if anyone can recommend some adult nappys I'd be greatful, my bum may be shrinking but I'll have to pad my nether regions soon.
    Sarah xx

Sod the nappy, 34lbs down - WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!
Reality check: you can never, ever, use weight loss to solve problems that are not related to your weight. At your goal weight or not, you still have to live with yourself and deal with your problems. You will still have the same husband, the same job, the same kids, and the same life. Losing weight is not a cure for life.

    Diet: Guess?!
    Or try this:
    Shewee - Packyourbags Travel Store
    or this:
Whizzy lets you pee standing up! - female urinary aids for adventurous, sanitary-minded, or disabled women

And do let us know how you get on!!! (I do actually keep these in the car, just in case....)

More seriously, try drinking your water in regular small amounts throughout the day, so your guts and bladder get used to it.

And 34 lbs off is fab - must be worth the inconvenience of finding the conveniences, eh?
