    currently in the usa and have had two big cups of it from starbucks this morning to keep me warm and keep my energy up for christmas shopping : )

    Fourth Goal: 20lbs
    Fifth Goal: 25lbs = half way mark!
    Sixth Goal: 30lb
    Seventh Goal: 35lb
    Eight Goal: 40lb
    Ninth goal: 45lbs
    TENTH AND FINAL GOAL: 50lbs !

    Lost 11lbs on WW then:

    Started CD on plan 1200 4/8/07
    1200 plan August to March -31lbs -8.5 inches from waist
    Restart 26/03/2008
    4/4/08 VERY ANGRY 1 measly pound GRRR
    11/4/08 -3lbs -1 waist

    100 day challenge.....day 13..and cheated
    84 days to go....

    Goal 2 Lose another 4 stone by 4th July 2008 44 to go
    I WILL be svelte for my wedding and i've got:

    it's what i'd call vomit inducing - to the point that if i'm ill and feel the need to be sick, i'll just sniff a tea bag and voila!

    Had mine too, took spookys advice and let it go a little cold - was delicious! Thinking about quitting "normal" tea. Oli's going to have kittens when he finds out though
