omg 8 weeks in and starting again ......crisps mmm

    hi all,
just posted a silly thread really cos im back to ss after messing around for quite a number of weeks. all i can think about is a packet of walkers crisps..... so im doing this instead !! then im going to walk and get dd from school and will stick the other 2 in the double buggy . i find pushing that i can get a little out of puff but not as much as i was 8 weeks ago . amazing that such small weight loss has made a difference to my physical well being .....
so just finished my 2 mugs of veg soup ( split my pack ) and was tempted with said crisps but so far so good.
so quite an irrelevant thread , just kept my fingers out of a crisp pack.

    Hey,

Don't do it, I also love my crisps and miss them dearly but if you eat them, it will all be over in a minute (or seconds if you eat like me) and you'll just feel gutted, you maybe also be tempted to have another pack, and another etc!

As my CDC tells me, eating a pack of crips is like drinking a bottle of cooking oil which sounds gross!

Keep thinking how much better you will look by Christmas if you give it 100%, as you know, I'm also struggling but we CAN do it!

    Hey!
I'm back as well Sue, after 3 weeks of being of CD and gaining 10lbs in weight (Ive been eating like a pig... Ive been eating everything and anything in sight)
I know how u feel about the walkers but u just have to avoid them! i thought "oh if i have this and then do an extra 10 mins in the gym ill burn it off" take it from me IT WILL NOT WORK!!!

Stick with it, its worth it in the end
