    well done thats amazing!!! I started 12 days ago and a size 22/24 my 22 are now big on me its really exciting and kind of unreal in the aspect that in 12 weeks i could also be a 16!!! so strange but also fantastic!

    How i could look at goal weight! What a Hoot!

    Week 1 to 4 = - 24lb
    Week 5 to 8 = - 16lb (40lbs in 8 weeks!!)
    Week 9 to 12 = -16 lbs and lost 12.5 inches around my body! Oh Yea!
    Week 13 = -3lb 810 week Too!
    Week 14 = 4 days off +TOTM +5lb (sucks man!)
    Week 15 = - 9 Yea Baby!!!
    Week 16 = -3
    Week 17+18 = -7
    Week 19 = + 10 OOPS!

    Week 20 = -12 Back on track!




    Mini Goals:
    • Reach 5 stone lost Done
    • BMI Under 30 Done
    • Get into the 14's Done
    • Reach 6 stone lost!






    Get to 13.7 by begining of December in time for xmas!
