Any runners out there on Cambridge?
Hi guys,
Just wanted to find out if anyone else runs/jogs/fast walks whilst on Cambridge? I've been doing a few 2 mile runs over the past couple of weeks and was thinking about up-ing my distance to 3 or 4 miles. I know this is not really that far, but obviously on Cambridge things are a bit different, and I just wanted to see if anyone runs and had encountered problems on the plan (or benefits!) I really want to tone up and running is probably the best and cheapest option.
Has anyone found they could run more or less than pre diet?, or has anyone found they have had greater or smaller losses?
