definatly wasnt worth it..

well lets just say the past two days i have not stuck to the diet at all! five and a half
months ive been on cambridge was feeling so unmovitated and this last stone is by far been the hardest to try and shift!

friday night and saturday night ate whatever i wanted.. let me just clarify, as much as i adore easter egg chocolate, it isnt as nice as i remember and its definately not worth how im feeling now!

ive been up all night having stomach cramps, ive got acid reflux and havent been able to get off the toliet until now,

one good thing to come out of it though is i am feeling so much better about this diet, i have my "want" to continue back, (was starting to loose determination), never had a problem with the whole ketosis thing so feeling very positive in knowing i will stick to plan untill this last stone has disapeared! :D

Well done on your loss have you cheated much along the way? Yes it's the stuffing that makes the stomach cramps. Drink water and. Take some gaviscon and you will be fine

62lb loss is 6 months is FANTASTIC,

It may not be the best way to keep you on track but at least you now feel motivated again x x x

thankyou:) feeling abit better now! erm i had a period over christmas off, two weeks where i joined weightwatchers and gained twelve pounds! so came back to cambridge and a weekend away other than that ive stuck too it, so been less than six months, my weightloss has been slower than some peoples but everyones journey is different yet we are all aiming for the same outcome :D
