    Good Loss During TOTM hurrah

Hi all, just back from my busy day of weighing in then waterbabies with my little froggy boy.

It's my totm so was hoping for two or three off but got FIVE yippee.

Bit of a thing though, first weigh said loss of seven, then my cdc said the scales were giving lots of readings so hopped back on and got a loss of five, so we decided that a five loss was fab anyway and if it really was a seven loss then I'll get the extra two next week.

Five down nine to go to meet my christmas challenge xx
    Sarah xx

Dunno what happened to my TOTM, went AWOL :O
Reality check: you can never, ever, use weight loss to solve problems that are not related to your weight. At your goal weight or not, you still have to live with yourself and deal with your problems. You will still have the same husband, the same job, the same kids, and the same life. Losing weight is not a cure for life.
