Thumbs up Yippee 3 stone in 9 weeks!

Well, 3 stone and 3lbs to be precise! Not only that but I'm officially 13 stone something, I can't remember the last time I was under 14 stone!

Never in a billion years did I imagine I'd come this far, for everyone planning to start/restart CD in the new year it just shows what can be achieved with a bit of determination and willpower (not something I usually possess )

YIPPPPPEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!
