Restart today .. 4 and a half stone to go!

Hi there, I've decided to restart today, hopefully for the last time! I began the Cambridge diet in October 2006 and lost 6 stone up until May last year. Since then, i managed to maintain for a while, but 2 stone has crept back on and old habits are coming back, so i've decided to get back on it and lose the last 4 and a half stone to take me down to my target of 10 stone 7. I'm hoping it will take me about 4 months, so should be there by May 2008. So keep your fingers crossed for me as I start again, had a choc muffin this morning and already glugging the water ... just hoping to get through the hell of the next 3 or 4 days!

Morning Julia, long time no see! Glad to see you back and sounding so enthusiastic!

I'm doing a sort of restart today. I'm having packs during the day and a meal in the evening until NYE so I can fit into my outfit!

My "proper" restart is on 7th January after I've been to the Newcastle meet.

I'm looking forward to keeping up with your journey and we can chivvy each other along. I've got about 2.5-3 stone left to go so I intend to be there by springtime.

Oh dear, well that didn't go very well! Got as far as 3.00pm and cracked! Lesson learnt, don't try and start SS in a house full of xmas leftovers and chocolate. Am leaving my parent's house on Sunday, so I think i'll start then, just trying to stay sensible over the next few days.
