When did you go up the steps? I have 8lbs to go!!!
Goal 1 - get to 9st
Goal 2 - get to 8st 7lbs (roughly)

I went up to step 2 when I had 14 lb to lose then step 3, 4 & 5 with 7 lb to lose. X

I'm moving up the steps right now. I'm finding i'm nervous about eating different foods - really odd. I've got the CD recipe book, and i'm trying to be careful... but i should be doing 1000 cals now... and i don't know what to eat!! pmsl.
