    2nd January to 13th February

    to lose 18lbs (minimum)

    eeeerm - didn't realise we were in it for an 18lbs loss! Not sure I can do that especially as I am less than a stone away from target. Does this mean I can't join in?

    just go with your own target. my personal target is for 21 lbs at least

    If you want to lose more than 18lbs that is okay too!

    my weigh in is next tuesday so i wont have a result till then but hopefully it will be a biggy







    Started Cambridge Diet SS 27th December:Start weight of 19st 3lbs
    Back on track 13/05/08 Weighing 14st 11lbs.
    Total loss of 5st so far.
