    Well day 6 nearly over and feel fab. Not as tired any more which is strange as Ie work nites .

    Ive decided not to test for ketosis, it would just be another thing for me to get obsessive about. Regardless of if your in ketosis or not, you will lose weight just from the lack of calories anyway. Good luck xx

    I tried a pair of trousers on today that I couldn't fasten this time last week and they fit! I'm hoping that's a good sign.
