Maintence
I everyone starting on sat and going to try telling as little people as possible as fed up with there comments every day... It's not healthy to loose that quick... U will put it all back on once u stop bla bla bla. Anyway what I wanted to know is it vital to work up the steps to maintain & keep the weight off?xxx

Absolutey it's essential and I speak from personal expeience
Have done ss in past a few times for a few weeks to fit into something for a particular event and ended up
Putting it back in
This time I worked up the steps and am still losing as I climb - I'm over on maintenance section
So for the first time ever I'm losing eatingbfood and eating carbs - have never felt so in control and healthy
As of yesterday I lost 3 stone

That's fantastic really hoping I can stick with it & also don't get too chuffed when I loose & just go back to eating & putting on really want to stick with it and also do the Maintenence and prove all these people wrong that I can do it & can keep it off... Btw well done you've done fantastic must be so happy xxx
