Back on track 13/05/08 Weighing 14st 11lbs.
Total loss of 5st so far.

Its a lovely way to tone up and lose weight.

Is it a local class or one of these nationwide companies that does classes? I'm waaaaaaaaaaaaay up north, but never hear of any ballroom dancing classes! Would be such fun!!

If was fab I feel like a dancer I had such fun and really enjoyed myself....It wasnt a national thing but in a dance studio near where I live, The only problem is that I had the night off work last night and the lesson is normally on a monday....gonna see what i can do about going to the social class on a wednesday night as its deffo something i want to continue!
