I have eaten a tiny bit of cheddar this week!
I'm hoping that it won't hurt much, it contains hardly any carbs and can be eaten on Atkins....fingers crossed it wont effect ketosis!!
Starting weight before previous diet: 19st 11lb

Week 5: -5.5lb (Weight now: 16st 1.5lb...thats 2st down...whoop whoop!!)

Off plan for a 4 week holiday: +6lb
Week 7: (First week back): -11lb![]()
Week 8: -3 1/2lbs
Week 9: -4 1/2lbs (Weight now: 14st 12...thats just over 3st down and im into the 14's now....Woo hoo!!
Stopped Cambridge because of the expence and ate normally for 3-4 weeks then joined Slimming world last night weighing 14st 13.5lb: +1.5lb since stopping cambridge.
Slimming World week 1: -3lb
