    Hi I'm on week 2 starting on stage three... Does stage three work as well as stage two?

    Bad day... Lost zero. I'm told this is normal as I have increased calories... Any one experienced this?? So depressing! It's ads like these I need cookies!!

    Wow Lazarus you have had Great losses!!! I'm on day 6 of step 3, started CD on Monday! Hoping to have some good losses although I know I'm not likely to have huge like if I was doing SS - just can't bring myself to do it don't think I'm strong enough!!

    Hey dids tbh u didn't think I could do it but once you get over the first few days and as long as your focused it becomes routine and I seriously think i will continue to have 4 small meals spread out through the day

    Yes I did last week did step 2 as been on SS for 12 weeks and then stayed the same I was gutted but back on SS now WI tomorrow and feeling well nervous

    Original start weight 19st5 12/4/12
    Restart date 6/3/13
    Re- Start Weight 17st2lb
    Week 1 12/3/13 = -11lbs :-) woohoooooo
    Wk2 19/3/13 = -7lbs =18lbs total
    my goals to be a comfy 12/14

    Thinking of doing step two instead of three and seeing how I go.. The tuna fish cake from meals in mins was lovely and more importantly filling!

    I'm guessing the first month is the hardest until it becomes routine and you start seeing those figures
