I'm on day 10, and I've got really bad shakes!
If I pick anything up, my hands start violently shaking!
I'm hoping it will pass!

Start weight: 17.7lbs :s
WEEK 1:-11lbs!!! (only been 4 days since last weighed!!!)
WEEK 1:-4lbs(4 days since last weigh in)
Week 2 +8lbs(Night out and struggled to get back on plan.
Goal 1: Lose 1 stone
Goal 2: Get comfotably into my size 16 high waisted shorts
Goal 3: Lose 2 stone
Goal 3: Lose 3 stone
ULTIMATE GOAL: LOSE 5 STONE BY JUNE!!!

Didnt have really bad shakes but I did feel awful around that stage of diet. It did pass after two days and I think it was cause it was totm. My totm came at end of the bad couple of days and I wasn't even due x
stay positive & drink plenty. X
Seems to have passed now, It was my totm as well so could've been that!xx
