I am sooooo chuffed. I am now 9st 3 lbs and just 3lbs till goal!!! ive had some really hard days but I havent cheated once and its been sooo worth it!! Ive gone from a size 16/18 to a size 8/10 and no cant stop shopping lol! Just want to say to any newbies or anyone thats struggling - YOU CAN DO IT!! I never thought i would stick to it but I have and i have never been happier xxx

    If u don't mind me asking you tummy in bigger picture is a bit like mine hangs over a little not sure if u got children or not but mines due to pregnancy but now your slim has your tummy gone flat? Hope that's not too personal xx

    Thanks guys @ Marshma - I havent done any excercise at all! And ladybug 25 yes I have 4 kiddies under 5 so my tummy got worse and worse each pregnancy in regards to the hanging skin. Now ive lost the weight my tummy is pretty much flat but is still a bit saggy Also i have an appendix scar which with pregnancy got stretched which made the hanging bit even worse!! And dont worry not too personal Good luck eveyone! The saying "nothing tastes as good as being skinny feels" is so true!! xxx

    A friend of mine is thinking of doing CD after seeing me lose weight on it, I emailed your previous photos to her for inspiration - she was amazed!
