9st 2 .. will it arrive!?

Heeey :wavey:,

Not sure if any one will read this but thought this may be a good idea to keep my hands busy and record my weight and what I'm eating.

I started on SS on Thursday ... so day 5, having my weigh in today at 6pm as going to do regular monday WI's from now on!

Suprisingly I have been aboslutely fine with no real food!
Day 1 was a struggle, I ended up crying (such a sap!) but I got over it and it's been relatively easy for me so far (touch wood!!)

I had a 21st birthday on Saturday and knew I wouldn't not be able to drink! I had a plain breast of chicken during the day so I had something for alcohol to absorb to, although admitedly not a lot!
I stuck to malibu & diet lemondae (mainly because i have literally grown immune to malibu over the years!), I came home after drinking all night til 4am, with no takeaway and not feeling in the slightest bit drunk! RESULT.

Hoping for a good loss tonight so I can update my ticker!

Today so far:
Frozen choc tetra, Leek & Pot soup
2.5 ltrs of water

your stats are exactly the same as mine when i started! i'm at 9st 2lbs now, want to get another stone off now but will be leaving CD after this week because i need food! i took 5 months to get here on SS but i literally didnt diet during the month of june due to holidays so i didnt lose any weight but if i hadnt gone away i would have got to goal sooner. i went from 12st 2lbs to 9st 6lbs in 2 full months (1st March - 29th May) on SS so if you stick at it, you'll be there in no time hun, well before Christmas!

how did your weigh in go? x

Heeey, thanks for the post, it's nice to find someone with stats near mine, I've been wondering what my rough loss would be since I started but couldn't seem to find anyone similar to me!
You've done absolutey amazing! Do you have any before & after photos, I'd love to see where I'm heading :D (yes I am positive this morning!)

I did start a new thread in the 'diaries' section, but may as well update here for the time being as not much activity on mine over there right now!

I lost 9lbs last night! I was in absolute shock after my alcohol blip on the weekend and that's only 5 days!
I plan to weigh on Thursday morning just to get an idea of what a full 7 day week would of been and then WI's on Monday going forward!

I'm on holidays from 7th of Sept for a week and will get straight back on it when I'm back hopefully! Just want to lose as much as possible before then...

Had a few down couple of hours last night with the OH cooking & eating peri peri chicken and chips in front of me, but I stayed strong & went to bed and I'm over it. I can & I will do this!

9lbs is fab well done!! i 've only got a 'fat' photo on my profile bit at the mo, need to get a newer one to put up but i can give u an outline of my inch loss, i lost 6 inches from my waist, 6.5 from my thighs and 8.5 from my hips so quite a bit off. i was busting out of size 16 trousers when i started now i can easily fit into a 12 but soon to be 10 if i can lose a few more lbs/inches. i'll let u know when i upload a recent photo of me! xx
 
It amazes me the different shapes of people because I easily fit a 14 bottoms (maybe a little loose, but not quite a 12) and a size 12 top at 12st 2!
My Personal Trainer is 11st something and shes a size 8-10!!
I have such a weird body shape though so maybe that's why!?

I did get into a size 12 dress on saturday (just!!) which made my day! :woohoo:

I know, shapes and sizes are random, i always used to be an average of size 14 in jeans, but even after i lost 3 stone, certain shops im finding a 12 wont get over my thighs and they are the smallest they've ever been! something to be said for shops changing their measurements, i think this is defo the case!

JUDDDing is basically alternating calories, you have an UP day followed by a DOWN day so on the Up you can have an average of 2000 cals then on the Down you have 500 cals max so you stuff your face, then restrict the next. it works on calories so you can have what u want on a Up day within reason then on the Down i'll stick to my shakes for now until i can work out a healthy eating plan on low calories. i hope this'll be the best way for me to eat as i still want to lose a stone plus be able to treat myself and stick to something reasonable long term so fingers crossed it'll work for me! there is a JUDDD forum here on minimins, feel free to have a look!
 
aw wow! think i might try that after my hols!
not sure it would work for me at the moment though as need to be strict with myself to get going.
I tend to think a little of something wont hurt, my little.. isnt very little!

I hope you get that last stone off, I'm sure you will with your loss from this so far!
 
thank you! i hope i do too, i really dont want to go mad and go back to bad habits but i do need my chocolate now so thats why im hoping JUDDD will be a good balance for me! i've got a diary in the JUDDD forum called 'taking the plunge' so i'll update that regularly and u can check in to see my meal plans and my weight losses (hopefully!)
