Anyone else plateau at week 10?

Hi everyone. I'm new to this forum so firstly hello! And well done to everyone, you've all done so well and it's so motivating to see so many success stories!

Ive been on CWP for 10 weeks now (with a 3 week gap when I moved house where I only lost 2lbs!). My start weight was 15st10lbs (and my heighest weight was 16st12lbs!)

I've lost 1st11lbs and I'm stuck! The past two weeks I've only lost 1lb and I don't know why this could be. My CWC is at a loss as well.

Its that time of the month so I would expect a slower loss but not for 2 weeks surely?

I'm so desperate to get to 13st7lbs as that's the lowest I've ever been! I'd set myself a target to be there by this week but no such luck!

Any advice? Thanks! Xxx
 
Hmm I had my worst loss in Week 10 at 2lb. Could just be a coincidence though. CDC told me to up my water intake.
 
Sorry, scrap that - just realised the 2lb loss was week 11.
 
Are you sole sourcing ? How many packs a day ? How many bars ? I wouldn't advise drinking more than 2 or so litres - although other will- I remain skeptical re the benefits.

I have lost 2 stone 2 lbs in 8 weeks on CD so am happy to try and help you if I can
