    heya everyone

i am on the CD and have been of a bout 3 months or so now...have lost just over 3 stones on it- it's not been easy but i am so happy with my results......

got a few more pounds to go though.

Am really nervous about coming off SS and going onto mixed "healthy" eating- worried about piling the weight back on too.....has anyone got any advice or tips for me?

    cheers

    Question New too

Hello. I'm new to Cambridge - this is week 3 for me and have just been told about Minimins by my CDC. You all seem to have lost amazing amounts of weight and just reading your posts is helpful to keep on the straight and narrow. It's also the first time I've ever been on a forum thingy so it might take me a while to get a grip of the animated thingies!

How do I get one of those ticker things? I'd really like to keep track visually.

Anyway - I'm 30, have been doing this for 2 weeks so far and have lost 8 pounds. Reading some of the other posts it seems I'm losing slower than most but I did give in after weigh in on week one and have a meal.

This week though, after sticking to the diet religiously (I'm doing sole source), I don't seem to have lost a single pound. Is that normal? I have a pink stick...

Hi there! I lost just over 2 stone to get to BMI 25 goal at 10.5 (i'm 5foot4"). I did 2 weeks of SS then 790 all the way to 10.5. I moved up the plan in November expecting to gain about 5 pounds (I think thats what is estimated) but to tackle to the rest with healthy eating. I have never gained that 5 pounds, in fact my weight has continued to come down I am now 10 stone. I had a plataeu over xmas. So, from my own experience, I can only offer reassurance. I still eat a high protein diet, bread is an enemy to me but I don't crave the huge portions that I used to, I also have a stock of bars incase I get the chocolate urge. My mentality has altered completely and for me I just continue to stay self focussed and if I slip 1 day I rectify it the next. Good luck!

Well done on your weight loss! I didn't do the going up the plans steps last time .... and put weight back on!

I encourage all my clients who get to goal to do the 790/100/1200/1500 plans properly. Then Mon-Fri follow a sensible 1500 cal meal plan ... and at the weekends forget about it and enjoy a take away, a meal out a drink or 2!!! I still have many clients who come back monthly and take one meal a days worth to keep them on the straight and narrow. Plus coming to me once a month means they get weighed/measured and keeps them on track.

    Good luck!
