Hi guys,
I'm thinking of re-starting cambridge this week. I've got a lot of stock left over from last time I did it but mainly porridge and soups which I'm not keen on. I don't have many shakes but have quite a lot if bars. Has anyone used bars in week one and had good loses? I was obviously going to stick to the one a day and have the extra water. I'm just trying to use up stock this week before I start back with my consultant next week.
