Hey so I'm new to this, started the diet today and so far so good had porridge for breakfast - not great but managable, cookies & cream shake for lunch - that was really nice and a chicken and mushroom soup for dinner again not bad!!
But now im getting hungry again so just trying to drink plenty of water to try help that.
Is it just me or does anyone else find that now you're on a diet EVERY single advert on the tv seems to be about food.. everywhere I look, facebook, twitter etc someones put a picture or is talking about food!! I'm sure i've never seen as many food related posts when I'm not dieting its driving me crazy!!!

hiya! snap i just started today too just drinking my last soup rite now. i have to say it hasnt actually been too bad except for friends and fam constantly offering me food!
