morning.... well im back here to get rid of this weight.. I followed the cdc a few months ago, then had knee surgery and put 9lb back on, not too bad really in a few months! so im not back to get this shifted and carry on with my journey..
day 1 is usually the hardest so here goes!
20/03/13, begining of my new life, no room for failure
14st 1lb, is a start, but will never be seen again
week1....-6lb.....13st9lb
had to take 6 weeks off because of knee surgery, the rules apparenty!!
started again today at
13st 6.5lbs......-2.5lbs

Good luck ttoday this is the first hurdle which I ams ure you will jump straight ocver, day 1 for me yesterday and gpt through it 100%, had a million fights with myself as to whether or not to but just kept strong, I know this works and in 4 weeks when I am lighter instead of heavier due to messing round I'll be glad!!
We can do this!!
