    Dealing with days out!

    Hi Guys, Just some advice needed, I'm off to a convention tommorow in the south so will include a really early morning and long distance travelling. I wanted to know how people stay on plan 100% when there is no place to make up shakes etc?

    I have bars/wafers but are only allowed 1 of this per day! Im currently doing slim n save so no tetras unfourtunatly

    Other choice would be to take your shaker with a bottle of water and make your shake in your car or somewhere else?

    That's what I do, take shaker and water and a couple of packs
