    yep, i bloat and retain water when im due on.. your weight fluctuates at this time when your not doing CD, its just more obvious now because it seems like your not losing, when its really just your body holding onto water .. stick with it and carry on, it will pass.. dont lose hope, i'll be where you are next week!

    It might be a factor. But you won't lose weight everyday anyway. The body doesn't work like that - it isn't a machine. Some weeks you'll lose more than others. Weeks 2 and 3 are notorious for smaller losses - your body's fighting to maintain the status quo, it doesn't like that you're losing fat so fast and holds on to water to compensate, to keep things stable. But no matter what the scales say, you'll be losing fat.

    Put the scales away and trust the plan!
