Surgery and cambridge diet

Has any one had a planned operation whilst on CD? I may need an op in a few weeks, wondered if others have done it?

I re-started cd a couple of weeks after i had just had 2 operations, to be honest I'm not sure if you are allowed/supposed to do it when recovering from surgery, as your body needs energy to heal itself, but ask your CDC for advice,
