    SS - cant stop nibbling on cheese.

    Did very well on my first week. Second week I just want to chew so have been nibbling on cheese. Keep thinking 'oh if I could just diet normally' but I know I can't or would have months ago. Really struggling, think I've only lost one pound this week, feel poop

    Just think to urself how hard u worked the first week and wen u chew cheese it's undoing it all!!

    It's mind over matter an week 3 u can have bars xxx

    Oh no that's rubbish chick! I started about 10 weeks ago an caved in my head wasn't in right place! So stopped an started 2 weeks ago an I'm focused in ur hearts not in it u won't b strong enough to do it xx
