Just a wee question for anyone doing SS+ - is the milk allowance only for if you have the four packs option or can you have it as well as the 3 packs plus 200kcal meal??

Just a wee question for anyone doing SS+ - is the milk allowance only for if you have the four packs option or can you have it as well as the 3 packs plus 200kcal meal??
WK1 = - 12lb!!!!
WK2= - 3lb
WK3= -9lb
Personal Goals:
NEVER see 16 stone again.
Get my engagement ring back on (and not have wedding ring totally wedged!)
Get into size 14 skinnies
Be able to shop in H&M
Get back in to size S Superdry jacket.
I think it's 3 plus either meal or milk x

Hey yes.. My councillor today told me on ss+ she uses her milk allowance to make an omelette so I'm guessing that means u can have both??
Il double check with her next week but she defo said it!! Xxx

Hi, sorry guys but the 200ml semi skimmed allowance is only for SS+ with the 4 products, not 3 and a meal. See the CWP site for confirmation http://www.cambridgeweightplan.com/6steps.asp
You add 200kcals to SS to make it SS+, either by adding a meal or an extra product and a milk allowance (aprox 60 kcals)
