Day 11 so hungry fell off the plan. Had two glasses of wine and half portion of curry & rice. Feel terribly guilty and annoyed with myself but i just needed to eat. going to Dublin today too for the weekend which is the beginning of a month of different mini trips & meals out then Christmas. Do you think its ok to stay on plan the days i'm home and try and limit damage when i'm out.
Is there ever a good time to start these plans I seem to have something on to bugger it up most weeks!!!!!
