Start weight 16st 6 lbs
1st goal, get under 16st = done![]()
week 1 - 13lb
week 2 - 4lb
week 3 - 3lb
2nd goal, get under 15st = done
week 4 - 3lb
week 5 - 2lbchuffed with that as I went from morning weigh in to evening.
week 6 - 3lb 2 stone gone happy happy happy.
week 7 - 2lb could be better, stuck to it 100%.
week 8 - 3lb next week will be under 14, i'm determined.
3rd goal get under 14st. Done.
week 9 - 2lb
week 10 - 4lb woop woop
week 11 - 2lb not bad been ill. Just not eaten anything. Not even shakes, just shows you need to eat

5th goal reach goal weight 12&half stone

I started on 810 and it's not atall bad. The amounts you can have are pretty decent. I pretty much had salad everyday as the 80g of that is alot more food than the other things that are obviously heavier.
You get a milk allowance too, I don't drink tea or coffee so had a total natural yogurt every couple of days. Felt like a mega treat

Personal Goals:
NEVER see 16 stone again.
Get my engagement ring back on (and not have wedding ring totally wedged!)
Get into size 14 skinnies
Be able to shop in H&M
Get back in to size S Superdry jacket.
